For pet parents who want their items a little faster, our standard shipping uses either DHL or FedEx for reliable service. With this option, you can expect delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
Who doesn’t love free shipping? For orders totaling $50 or more, we’re happy to offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
This is our most popular option for pet parents stocking up on multiple items or making larger purchases like premium beds or bulk food supplies.
Shipping to Most of the World
From our headquarters in Waddell, Arizona, we ship internationally to pet lovers across the globe. Currently, we’re able to deliver to most countries with the exception of some Asian regions and remote areas.

Tracking Your Pet’s Package
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door. We know how exciting it is to anticipate new goodies for your pet!
Pro Tip: Order before 12 PM Arizona time for same-day processing (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Easy Returns Within 15 Days
While we’re confident you and your pet will love your Cozy Paws products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Please note that returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
